Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows fill the vaulted top-floor living area with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming retreat just three blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. The unit is located on the ground floor, which is 20 steps down from the street and includes one assigned parking space. The comfortable living area located on the second/top floor features and open floor plan with a gas fireplace. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials for a restful stay. Primary bedroom (upstairs/2nd level) - King bed, small TV, 3/4 bath with steam shower. Second bedroom (downstairs): King Bed - no TV, full ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom (downstairs): King Bed - small TV, ensuite bath with separate vanity/sink. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, and a wall mounted A/C unit in the primary bedroom.
