This townhome is required by the City of Glenwood Springs's inclusionary zoning to be occupied by at least one member of the local workforce. The townhome will be deed restricted, and prospective purchasers must apply and be approved by the City before they are entered into a lottery for the chance to purchase the home. Only households with a combined gross income less than the attached limits, based on number of people in your household, are eligible.
